That’s why we've woven AI into HighGround in all the right places—helping you save time, reduce manual effort, and maybe even look like a superhero in front of your clients.

You'll find AI lending a helping hand across the platform, from generating client reports and streamlining imports to answering those tricky security questions in the SecOps module. And that’s just the beginning. We’re constantly expanding AI’s role to make HighGround work smarter, so you don’t have to work harder.

You might have noticed a new little helper across your HighGround account: "Write with AI." This feature lets AI generate text directly in the field below it—because why spend time typing when a robot can do it for you?

We’ve trained AI with carefully crafted prompts, so 99% of the time, it nails what you need. But let’s be real—sometimes, you need a bit more you in the response. That’s why we’ve built three handy tools to help you fine-tune AI’s output, making sure it matches your style, tone, and preferences.

Spotted something off in AI’s response? No problem. The "Improve" option lets you tweak the text with just a click. Whether you need better phrasing, a grammar fix, a longer or shorter response, or just a general polish, AI will refine the text within seconds—saving you the hassle of manual edits.

Need to communicate in another language? HighGround’s AI-powered writing tool supports multiple languages, making it easy to switch things up. Just hit the "Translate" button, pick your language, and let AI do the rest. AI will also determine the language you are translating from.

Not all clients are the same—some appreciate a bit of humor, while others prefer a strictly professional approach. With the "Tone" option, you can adjust AI’s writing style to fit the situation. Whether you need something friendly, funny, technical, professional, or anything in between, AI will adapt its response to match the vibe you’re going for.

In HighGround, we use OpenAI through the Azure OpenAI service service to deliver powerful AI functionality to save you time and speed up the time to value.

We have developed several proprietary AI models which we continually train to improve accuracy. We utilize several different LLM models including 4o, 4o-mini, o3, DALL-E 3 and DaVinci, and are continuously assessing new models for different purposes.

In HighGround, we use AI ethically and responsibly. We never share or train our AI models on you or your clients identifiable information.

Every use of AI in HighGround, including in the training of our AI models, is generalized to ensure your data and privacy is protected at all times - both from the HighGround models and from OpenAI itself.
