1.0 - Introduction
All companies in HighGround have a license applied to them. Read this article to learn more about different license types and how to find which one is applied to your clients and prospects.
2.0 - License Types
There are 3 different license types you can use in HighGround. These also control the company type so that you do not inadvertently create a company with the incorrect license type. Available license types are as follows:
Prospect License: this is the only license type available for prospects, and will create the company with company type = prospect.
Standard License: this is the default license type for clients, and will create the company with company type = client. If in doubt, create clients with this license and change it afterwards.
Premium License: this license is required for clients where they will actively participate in their cyber security management via HighGround. The most significant of these features is the ability for clients to have a login to HighGround.

Client 'Clients' on the top menu, find the company you are looking for and click on it to open the company
Click the '...' menu at the top right to open the client options menu
Client 'Client Settings' and scroll down to the 'License' row to see the license applied
Select the dropdown menu to change the license, which will automatically change the company type if required.
