1.0 - Introduction

If your client has a premium license then you have the opportunity to give them their own logon for their HighGround account, this allows them to take part in HighGround and manage parts of their cyber security.

2.0 - Inviting your client

For your client to have the ability to have their own logon to HighGround they must first be invited by their MSP. For more information on giving a client an client access role go to our client access roles article.

To invite your client to have access to their HighGround account watch our instructional video or, alternatively follow the steps listed below.

Step 1: From your clients dashboard click on the three dots located on the right hand side of your screen.

Step 2: Go to 'Add client user'.

Step 3: From here go to 'client access'.

Step 4: This will bring up a screen allowing you to invite someone new and apply them an access role for when they login.

Step 5: Type in the persons email address you are looking to invite and select the access role you would like to be applied to them.

Note: Make sure you click 'add' before inviting the person

Step 6: You can now click 'invite' and wait for your client to login.

3.0 - Completing sign up

Your client will now be sent an invite email to allow them to complete registration.

Once your client has successfully made their account and logged in they will show in the list of members on your client access page.
