1.0 - How to Archive a Company

So, you’ve got a client or prospect that needs to be removed from your active list—whether they’ve moved on, or you didn’t win their business despite your best efforts. No worries, you can easily archive them.

Here’s how to archive a company:

Step 1: Go to your Clients & Prospects list.

Step 2: Find the company you want to archive, then click on the three little dots at the end of their row.

Step 3: Select 'Archive' from the options.

And just like that, they’re archived and no longer cluttering your active list. Simple, quick, and organized!

Warning: Archiving a company suspends their account and stops all integrations associated with them.

2.0 - Unarchiving a client

Archived a company but now want to bring them back on your active list? No problem!

Here’s how to turn back time:

Step 1: Spot the Archive logo (you’ve seen it before—it’s basically the universal “I’ll deal with this later” button in HighGround).

Step 2: Find the company you’d like to unarchive.

Step 3: Hit those trusty three dots at the end of their row and choose 'Unarchive'.

And just like that, your client is back where they belong—in your Clients & Prospects list, ready for action.
