1.0 - How to Archive a Company

So, you’ve got a client or prospect that you need to take off your active list. Maybe they’ve moved on or you didn't win their business despite your best efforts. Whatever the reason, you can archive them.

Here's how to archive a company:

Step 1: Navigate to your Clients & Prospects list

Step 2: Click on those three little dots at the end of the companies row.

Step 3: Select 'Archive'.

And just like that, they are archived.

Warning: Archiving a company suspends their account and stops all integrations associated with them.

2.0 - Unarchiving a client

Archived a company but now want to bring them back on your active list? No problem!

Here’s how to turn back time:

Step 1: Spot the Archive logo (you’ve seen it before—it’s basically the universal “I’ll deal with this later” button in HighGround).

Step 2: Find the company you’d like to unarchive.

Step 3: Hit those trusty three dots at the end of their row and choose 'Unarchive'.

And just like that, your client is back where they belong—in your Clients & Prospects list, ready for action.
