1.0 - Introduction

HighGround offers a range of MSP packages, which we refer to as MSP Base Subscriptions. These form the foundation of your subscription and are designed to scale with your business.

You don’t need to manually select or manage these — your base subscription is automatically calculated and applied to your account based on the number of clients and prospects you’re managing in HighGround.

As your numbers grow, your subscription adjusts accordingly — making sure you're always on the right tier for your needs, without the headache of manual adjustments.

🏢 Enterprise

This tier is custom-priced and tailored to your needs.

3.0 - Premium Licenses

Premium Licenses are billed separately and are not included in any of the MSP Base Subscriptions. They’re designed for clients who need direct access to HighGround — such as reviewing alerts, managing their own cybersecurity, or logging in to the platform themselves.

When you upgrade a client to a Premium License, their existing Standard License is automatically released back into your available license pool. That means you can reuse it for another client — no waste, no manual juggling.

4.0 - How Packages are Billed

Your qty of clients and prospects can change throughout the month but you will only be billed based on your quantities on your billing date.

On your billing date, you will be invoiced automatically for your MSP Base Subscription + any premium licenses you have applied to clients.

You can visit the highground.io website to find out about our latest pricing.

Note: if you have any special offers applied, these will also be applied before your invoice is created.
