1.0 - Introduction

We have several MSP packages (subscriptions), referred to as 'MSP Base Subscriptions'. These are automatically calculated and applied to your account based on your quantity of clients and prospects.

2.0 - MSP Base Subscriptions

Starter: for smaller MSPs and includes 50 standard client licenses and 10 prospect licenses.

Growing: for growing MSPs and includes 100 standard client licenses and 25 prospect licenses.

Scaling: for medium sized MSPs, our scaling package includes 250 standard client licenses and 100 prospect licenses.

Enterprise: If you find that you need more client or prospect licenses that those available in our scaling package, you will need an Enterprise package. These are priced on demand and can be requested by contacting our support team at [email protected].

3.0 - Premium Licenses

Premium Licenses are licensed separately and are not included in any of our base subscriptions. When upgrading a client to a premium license, their standard license will be returned to the pool of available licenses so you can use it with another client.

4.0 - How Packages are Billed

Your qty of clients and prospects can change throughout the month but you will only be billed based on your quantities on your billing date.

On your billing date, you will be invoiced automatically for your MSP Base Subscription + any premium licenses you have applied to clients.

You can visit the highground.io website to find out about our latest pricing.

Note: if you have any special offers applied, these will also be applied before your invoice is created.
