WARNING
FOR MSP'S/IT MANAGEMENT COMPANIES: Organisations managing multiple clients within NinjaRMM should be aware that the Ninja API is applied globally across the account (including all client accounts contained within the main account) and cannot be generated on a per-client basis. Before connecting this tool to HighGround, please ensure that you have the legal permissions to synchronise data from all client accounts within NInjaRMM.
You can use your NinjaRMM account alongside HighGround to retrieve your Patch Management data. This data can then be used to drive your Cyber KPI's. In order to synchronize this data to your HighGround account, you will need to connect the NinjaRMM Integration tool with HighGround.
The following process is reasonably technical, so please have a member of your IT personnel complete this if you do not have any prior experience with API's.
STEP 1: Login to HighGround
Login to your HighGround account and go to the Integrations tab:
After Clicking on Integration Tab There Are Multiple Integrations Find the Ninja RMM Integration
STEP 2: Find Ninja RMM and Click Connect
After clicking on connect it will open a popup window of The NinjaRMM Sign In. Enter Your NInja Account Credentials to Sign In.
STEP 3: Enter Email and Password to Sign in
After Entering the Credentials the Next Step is OTP
STEP 4: Enter The OTP And Click on Submit
If you have enable the Multi-Factor Authentication then you need to enter the verification code else skip this step.
STEP 5: Grant The Requested Permissions
You need to grant the requested permissions by clicking on accept button.
