FOR MSP'S/IT MANAGEMENT COMPANIES: Organizations managing multiple clients within ID Agent should be aware that the ID Agent API is applied globally across the account (including all client accounts contained within the main account) and cannot be generated on a per-client basis. Before connecting this tool to HighGround, please ensure that you have the legal permissions to synchronize data from all client accounts within ID Agent.
You can use your ID Agent account alongside HighGround to retrieve your Dark Web Monitoring data. This data can then be used to drive your Cyber KPI's. In order to synchronise this data to your HighGround account, you will need to connect to ID Agent's API by first generating API credentials, and then integrating the tool via the Integrations module.
The following process is reasonably technical, so please have a member of your IT team complete this if you do not have any prior experience with API's.
STEP 1: Contact IDAgent Support
ID Agent requires you to email their support team in order to enable an API integration.
To contact their support, go to the Support option listed under Support in the main menu inside IDAgent:
This will open an email to their support team.
You will need to supply the following details:

Dark Web ID Account: the account that will be used to make the API requests.
IDAgent will then whitelist the IP addresses so that they can make API requests via the user account you provide.
STEP 2: Integrate to HighGround
Once the support team from IDAgent have confirmed that API services have been enabled for the account you provided, you can use your username and password to integrate the DarkWebID tool to your HighGround account:

The username and password must belong to an IDAgent account that has been granted API permissions.
