1.0 - Introduction
Every user of HighGround has their own personal profile which you can customize to your own preferences. This article explains how to manage your personal profile and any limitations you should be aware of.
2.0 - Managing your Personal Profile
To find your Personal profile on HighGround just click you profile picture at the top right hand side of your screen.
2.1 - Your personal profile settings
When you click into your profile you will find a list of things that make up your personal profile - these include company name, personal information, access roles and more.
This is where you also have the ability to remove or change your profile picture.
If you need to change any of the information displayed on your profile you can do so by clicking the section you would like to update, entering the new information and clicking save. Once you click save your information will be automatically updated, its that easy!
Name: your name which will be displayed in HighGround
Email: Your email address, once your account is created this can not be changed
Position: Your position within your company
Access Roles: Preview your access roles and the access levels you have
Certificates: upload any security certificates you have achieved or are working towards.
3.0 - Your permissions (Access role)
Your permissions in HighGround are controlled by your access role.
For clients this is controlled by your client access role.
For MSP members (employees) this is controlled by your member access role.
You will be unable to change your own access role unless you have been given the required access level.
You can preview your permissions in HighGround by using the preview access feature.
4.0 Resetting your password and MFA
Resetting your MFA can also be done from your personal profile.

Step 1: Click on the reset password button
Step 2: Go to the link that will be sent to your email
Step 3: Choose your new password and select 'change password'
5.0 - Deleting my account
When selecting 'delete my account' your account will be deleted. This can not be undone.
